Hard Root Beer Float

The over-21 set can still tap into their inner kid with STUBBORN SODA® Root Beer poured over vanilla ice cream, bourbon, and spiced apple bitters. Complete with a cherry and a straw.
Ingredients
  • STUBBORN SODA® Root Beer, as needed
  • Spiced Apple Bitters 2 dashes
  • Bourbon 1 ½ oz.
  • Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream 4 oz.

Directions

1. Scoop ice cream into pint glass.

2. Add bitters and bourbon.

3. Top with Stubborn, garnish with a cherry, and serve with a straw.
